Please Note: Do NOT add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the “Ask A Question” tab.
Step 3: Uploading Your Paper to the ECCE Paper Portal
Please note that ECCE 2017 requires every accepted paper to be linked to a full conference registration (i.e., not a student registration) by one of the paper authors. There is a maximum of two papers that can be associated with each full conference registration. The conference registration number is needed to begin the full paper upload to the ECCE paper portal.
Follow the link from the ECCE digest decision notification email and enter your password and associated full conference registration number in the form.
On the following final paper submission webpage enter the final paper title, author information, location of the final paper to upload (only upload papers generated by PDF eXpress), abstract, presenter name, presenter biography, and check the agreement for originality of the work.
Step 4: Submit an IEEE electronic copyright form
After submitting the full paper you should see a link to continue to the IEEE electronic form. If you do not submit an electronic copyright your paper will not be published in the proceedings or on IEEE eXplore. There are seven steps in the electronic copyright submission process. The information for the electronic copyright should be prefilled in, but you can edit it if necessary. After submitting the electronic copyright form you will be returned to the ECCE website home page.
