*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***

PAPER LENGTH
The length of regular ECCE 2025 papers is a maximum of eight (8) pages. This includes references and appendices. Papers longer than eight pages will be rejected.

PAPER QUALITY
Final papers will be reviewed by the technical program committee to ensure good quality.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
ECCE 2025 requires every accepted paper to be linked to a FULL conference registration (i.e., not a student registration) by one of the paper authors. Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration – the registrant must be an author on each paper.

IEEE COPYRIGHT
DO NOT INCLUDE the traditional ECCE 2025 copyright line on the bottom of the first page of the paper. IEEE will automatically insert this after you submit your final paper. See the Author Central section of the conference website for detailed instructions.

PAPER SPECIFICATIONS AND SUBMISSION
Please check carefully all the requirements for preparing your paper and the link for downloading paper templates in the Author’s Kit provided in the “Presenting at the Conference” section under the “Authors/Reviewers” tab of the conference.

ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO FORMAT AND SUBMIT YOUR FINAL PAPER MUST BE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED
Deviation from these requirements will result in your paper being removed from the technical program
When you have completed the final version of your paper using the IEEE template provided on the conference website and are ready to submit it, the following is a summary of the required steps:

FORMATTING
Check that your paper meets the formatting specifications in the Author’s information on the conference website. Be sure to NOT INCLUDE the traditional IEEE copyright line on the bottom of the first page.

IEEE COMPLIANT PDF: create an IEEE Xplore compliant pdf file using the IEEE PDF Express service.

REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE register for the conference and link the paper ID number to the registration. No more than two papers may be linked to a full registration.

YOU WILL NEED YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION NUMBER TO UPLOAD YOUR PAPER(s) No registration number can be used more than twice.

*** DIGEST SUBMISSION ***

Prospective authors are requested to submit a single column digest, according to the provided template, no longer than five (5) pages (including references) summarizing the proposed paper. The digest should include key equations, figures, tables, and references as appropriate, but no author names or affiliations. Digests not conforming to these requirements will be rejected without review. The digests must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in advancing the state of the art, and the methods and specific results in sufficient detail. All digests will go through a double-blind peer review process to ensure a confidential and fair review. The papers presented at the conference will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Please refer to the conference website for detailed
