Instructions for Post Journal Presentations
Authors of published journal articles within the past 3 years will have an opportunity to present their work live to the ECCE audience. The journal authors will advocate their published ideas and draw attention to the participating journals.
- All Post-Journal (PJ) presentations must complete the submission process by uploading a one-page form via the ePapers portal Link to come. This one-page form must include the paper’s DOI, a direct IEEE Xplore link to the published version, and all required metadata as specified in the official form. This document will serve as the official record of the PJ submission.
- Please note that PJ submissions are subject to ECCE’s registration policy. Each PJ presentation must be associated with a valid conference registration. A single registration may cover up to 2 papers, including both regular papers and/or PJ presentations. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that submission and registration are completed on time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in exclusion from the conference program and proceedings.
- PJ presentations will be presented in poster format and displayed in a dedicated poster board area within the ECCE Exhibit Hall. Posters will remain mounted throughout all scheduled poster sessions to ensure continuous visibility and engagement. Post-Journal presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the Tuesday morning session, which typically sees the highest attendee traffic. Selected PJ posters, including award-recognized journal papers, will be clearly marked for distinction on-site.
This is “presentation only” as the published journal article will not be included in the published conference proceedings. The technical program committee reserves the right to select a limited number of submitted Post-Journal presentations based on factors such as journal eligibility, suitability to the conference and session topics, technical merits, among others.
