Visa Support Letter (TRV or eTA)
If you need a visa support letter, you may request one as part of the registration process. After your registration is complete and payment has been received in full, a visa letter will be issued. This letter will include an event-specific code for the IAS Annual Meeting to support your visa application.
Visa Application Processing Times
Current visa processing times vary by region and are available on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website. We strongly recommend registering and submitting your visa application as early as possible to allow adequate processing time.
