Travel Requirements for Visitors to Canada
If you are traveling to Canada from another country, you may need to obtain either a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before your trip. For more detailed information about these application processes, visit the official Visit Canada website. You can also use the link in the button below to check the requirements and find out whether you need a TRV or an eTA.
Visa Support Letter (TRV or eTA)
If you need a visa support letter, you may request one as part of the registration process. After your registration is complete and payment has been received in full, a visa letter will be issued. This letter will include an event-specific code for ECCE to support your visa application.
Visa Application Processing Times
Current visa processing times vary by region and are available on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website. We strongly recommend registering and submitting your visa application as early as possible to allow adequate processing time.
