What are the deadlines for paper submission?

When will I know if my paper is accepted?
Authors will be notified via email after the review process is complete. Please ensure your contact email is correct in the submission system.
I’m having trouble uploading my final paper.
Please ensure your paper meets formatting and submission guidelines. If issues persist, contact technical support at ecce@epapers.org with screenshots and your paper ID.
Do authors need to register separately?
Yes. At least one author must register for each accepted paper for it to be included in the conference program.
Will presentations be in-person or virtual?
Presentation formats depend on the conference structure for that year. Please refer to the official program or conference announcements for details.

Registration Information
How do I register for ECCE?
You can register through the official ECCE registration portal. After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact ecce2026@badgeguys.com.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, contact ecce2026@badgeguys.com with your name and payment details for verification.
Can I get a visa invitation letter?
Invitation letters are available to registered participants. Please complete your registration first, then request the letter through the conference registration system.
Can I get an invoice or receipt for my registration?
Yes. Invoices and receipts are generated during registration. If you need a copy, request it through the registration system or contact ecce2026@badgeguys.com with your registration details.
Can ECCE help with visa processing?
ECCE can provide an official invitation letter, but participants are responsible for their own visa application. We recommend applying early and contacting your local embassy. View the ECCE 2026 Visa Guidelines.
Can I change or update my registration details?
Yes. Most changes can be made through the registration system using your original login details. For more complex changes, contact ecce2026@badgeguys.com.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Hotel / Travel Information
Are there recommended hotels?

Does ECCE offer a shuttle to and from the airport?
Complimentary shuttle service will not be provided for transportation to and from the airport. Please review the ECCE travel information for available transportation options in Vancouver.
