Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing, via email and sent to ecce2026@badgeguys.com. Cancellations received on or before August 12, 2026 are eligible for a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 13 – September 4, 2026 are eligible for a full refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after September 4, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

Visa Letter

It is ECCE’s policy to issue electronic visa letters upon completion of registration for ECCE. If you do not receive this electronic email, please contact ecce2026@badgeguys.com, and we will resend it.

Justify Your Attendance

Need approval to attend ECCE 2026? We’ve got you covered! We know it is critical to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques, tools, and technologies available in this industry in order to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently, and to gain this information in a cost-effective manner. We also know conferences & expos are an excellent opportunity to do just that; however, getting approval to attend can sometimes be a challenge.

​Make a strong case with your supervisor for attending ECCE 2026 by explaining the return your company would gain from investing in your attendance. One of the best ways to convey the value that can be gleaned from a conference is to connect your company’s mission and goals to the opportunities offered.

Here are some tips to help you get approval:

  • Analyze the conference agenda to see how it can address your company’s current challenges and goals

  • Review the list of exhibitors to see which companies may have the best solutions for your company’s specific needs

  • Present a cost estimate, which includes your registration fee and other expenses
  • Get your supervisor involved by asking their recommendation on breakout sessions or networking events for you to attend
