Booth Setup

Booths are hosted on the vFairs virtual conference platform.  Each exhibitor is responsible for setting up their own booths and populating the website with content they wish to promote, as outlined in the step-by-step guides below.  Booth construction must be completed by October 1st, after which the backend will be closed, and no modifications or uploads can take place. ECCE volunteers are ready to support you when assistance is needed.

Exhibitor Schedule

The exhibitor booths will be left online 30 day following the conferences. On the actual conference dates, time has been dedicated just for exhibitors for real time participation. During Live Exhibits, exhibitors are expected to be online, in their virtual booth, fielding questions from attendees.  No other conference activities are scheduled during the times listed below.
