All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 15 September, 2021. No refunds will be issued after 15 September, 2021.

Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to: ECCE2021@badgeguys.com. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 deducted from each refund.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

There will be no cancellation fee for switching between the In-Person and Virtual Conference attendance options.
